I saw this article, 12 Famous Writers on Literary Rejection, and it's too good not to share.

My favorite is what Sylvia Plath said: "I love my rejection slips. They show me I try."

Writers, we need to learn what we can from rejection and then move f-o-r-w-a-r-d!

What a charming and entertaining tale! I really enjoyed this book. The characters were well defined and the plot took enough twists to keep me turning pages. YES, read this one! It kept me up past my bedtime, but that's okay. :)

Writers -- persevere with perspective!

I once climbed a beautiful Colorado mountainside. I was as prepared as possible—the right shoes, comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, and signs to point me in the right direction.

Like most hiking trails, this one started out smoothly and was clearly marked. I was confident my excursion would be a piece of cake. Then the path began to get steep . . .
